Chef Anthony Quagliata grew up in the restaurant industry-literally. Beginning as a Dishwasher at age 12 at The Spaghetti Company, to becoming an Executive Chef, Anthony has amassed over 30 years of restaurant experience. Then, in early 2018, he opened Artisan Anthony's Catering to expand his culinary expertise.
