Had the most amazing dinner cooked to order in my home last night! Anthony is an incredible Chef! From the Tomato Basil soup appetizer to the Cannoli dessert, everything was perfect! And what a nice guy..... he really made our night special! I highly recommend him and his catering business!

I first enjoyed Anthony's food at my own baby shower...the dishes served were a fresh take on many classic Italian dishes. I consider myself a pretty well established home cook- and a want-to-be "foodie" ...so I am guess I can be a tough critic! I truly appreciated and could taste the high quality, fresh ingredients and could tell that each dish was prepared with attention to detail and care. I recently had Anthony prepare food for a baby shower that I hosted and he delivered (and exceeded) again! Everyone was raving about the food! This is the second time I have had his red sauce- his is one of the few (along with my mother's) that I will eat- it has such a great depth of flavor! I love his pesto, as well as his panzanella. His bread is DIVINE! You will give up your carb free/keto/gluten free diet for it. I highly recommend and will be using him in the future.
